i wanted to open a high interest savings account and did some research and realised that bankwest suited my needs best and so i went to the shop to get some more information on it and hopefully open a savings account. i was explained to in great detail of what the savings account included and things like that, the guy explaining it to me had in depth knowledge about the products/services offered. i ended up opening the savings account and now i regularly deposit money into it knowing im earning a great interest on it!!

im extremly impressed with the bakwest accounts . especially the online saver account lots of interest!!!!

i am so glad we changed all our banking over to bankwest. wish we had done it sooner. we pay no fees and actually get interest paid to us now. the whole experience is better with the layout of the store more friendly, no long lines. staff seem to actually want to help you and are informative. there are little rooms to sit down in for long transactions and they offer you drinks. they are also well set up for kids with a dvd and games games, inc wii etc. my kids love going to bank with me now as they go straihgt for the free hot chocolate machine. i often do my banking in store rather than online because it's so pleasant. highly recommend the change.
