not a fan of this place, their competitors are better. the food is too fishy, and they charge for tea that is pre heated in stainless steal thermis (and they charge per cup!). although 50c or $1 each cup (can't remember) the tea is horrible anyway and not worth it. the price is a little cheaper than competitors but honestly, not very good Vietnamese.

good value for money, love the soups. cheap and good dinner or lunch. take aways and dine in. simple, and enjoyable. friendly people. always come back

Very delicous and very cheap. The owners is very friendly. The restaurant is full of regulars, always packed with family. Have chef that used to cook for big Chinese restaurant.
