I love the clothing in this store! always right on trend and great quality! the staff are always really well presented (wearing the bardot clothes of course!) and really friendly and helpful!

this is probably the best shop if you want to find a nice frock that will last! but i was very disappointed with the service if i didn't like the clothing so much i would of walked out the young work was on the phone the whole time she served two customers

Ok I really love the Bardot brand, I think their clothes are amazing! But going into this particular store, I was given NO service what-so-ever! I went there looking for a dress, the sales lady was behind the counter on the phone. She did not look around the store at all to say hello to anybody let alone see if anyone needed any help. Anyone could've easily just picked up whatever they wanted and walked out with it for free & she would never have noticed! Then when she'd finally got off the phone I went to the counter to purchase the dress I wanted and seriously must've stood there for about 10 minutes while she had her head down looking through paperwork or something under the counter!!! I'd had enough, I put the dress back on the rack and walked out, Id rather spend my money somewhere that deserves it!
