I purchased AirPods Pro with Wireless Charging Case Refurbished Item number EDUAPPPRORFURB on the 10th September 2022. One headphone developed a faulty battery. On opening up the headphone I discover that the headphone is fake. It contains the battery and works of a $25 Chinese fake. I sent photos of my purchased headphone and that of a genuine apple one in an email and they are completely different. These are advertised as certified by apple as genuine.
