I rang this business and they came across very friendly on the phone. On our appointment they arrived at our house ahead of time....great first impressions. But unfortunately that is all that was great. The business owner seemed in a big hurry, wasn't as empathetic to my pet as other groomers that I have used. Left a big mess of dog hair on my drive way and front lawn. Absolutely disgusting. I pay for this service so I don't have to clean up the mess or do it myself. I found I had to take out my scissors and fix up the clipping myself in some areas. You're better off finding another service, any other service in the north lakes messenger.
