Very good service and very keen to help a novice make brewing work, great fun and a great atmosphere from customers and staff alike.

Very poor customer service.
No business ethics, and forget them returning phone calls because they don't.
Do not buy a gift voucher valid only 6 months. If they are lost accidentally they will not reissue a copy, which is their gain and your lost. For a small business they can't seem to be able to check if they have sold the voucher in the first place.
