Apartment leased to my mother had no working heating and black mould. She was told if she wasn’t satisfied she should leave. No report of this on condition report and absolutely no professionalism. This complaint has gone to consumer affairs.
Where do I start. Barlows professionalism is definitely to be questioned. They treat their customers as though they have no clue about the property market and that they are the experts so you should pay through the nose for a property just because they say so!!! They do not return phonecalls, they are condescending, they palm people they are not interested in dealing with off to another person in the office even though they may not have the listing and they are not able to make any decisions. They decide whether they will pass on a genuine offer to a vendor (which I believe is not legal) and they are just frustraing to deal with.
