Dishonest and manipulating at point of sale sold new car not fit for purpose. Performed negligent work that voided Nissan new car warranty. Installed components that were not compatible or with incorrect or poor workmanship causing substantial damages to vehicle. Aftermarket parts used in incorrect application claimed and charged as genuine. Parts pulled out of company vehicles or demo models as replacement stated as new car warranty. Numerous occasions having the car in for booking and neglecting to carry out any of agreed work entirely leaving the car parked out the back .. Lacking in technical knowledge, ability and basic due care.
Exceeding effort made in avoidance of any responsibility or obligations to fair trade. Honouring warranty for defective or damaging work performed by there technicians. Appauling customer service.
Thankfully other dealerships and Nissan AU had offered as much support as possible.
