Barrierscreens

I absolutely love love love the security screens that we had installed by this company, and am so happy with the decision to get them installed, but that is about the only positive about my experience with Barrierscreens.
They have a good product with a good price, but their service was pretty terrible.
They took ages to get back to me after my inquiry, rescheduled appointments left and right and overall from the first day they were meant to install the screens to when they were finally up and done took 3 weeks and 5 separate appointments, 2 of which the person didn't even show up for.
I complained to the company on a number of occasions, and was repeatedly told "thanks for your patience" but nothing happened to improve the situation.
Really, quite annoying that the product is so good and I would normally be telling everyone about it, but the service and dedication of the staff was seriously substandard. If you have lots of time to wait around and don't mind people who have no respect for your time OR like me dealt with it because the product suits your needs, give them a go. If you are busy and need it done right the first time, I seriously can't recommend them.
