I have been dealing with Barry Plant Blackburn for over 15 years and have always found them to be outstanding in their customer service. Their care and attention to detail is second to none.

I have been renting with these people for over a year and as soon as my lease is up, I will never use them again. If you want something fixed, you fax the maintainence request to the office or call them. Most of the time they do not respond for at least a week, (if at all in some cases), and when they finally do you still have to keep chasing them up to get the problem fixed. It took them 2 weeks to get a large nest of European Wasps out of my front yard and this only got done after I rang them repeatedly. If you have a choice, DO NOT rent through these people.
