Bought a new car last year. Pretty much what you would expect when buying a car, however the salesman was not pushy & very polite. Good follow up for car services. Downside:- takes forevr to get through to them on the phone, & on closer inspection of my car the paint job could have been better.

Waste of time, cars we are interested in not in stock to look at or inspect, salesperson did not know much about cars at all, could not answer even basic questions,tried bait and switch for completely different model, other salesmen standing around doing nothing, could have stepped in to help us. Total runaround.
