I have been a customer of this business for many years and have recommended it to my closest friends. I could not be happier with the care and attention the owners give to all the animals in their care. They are genuinely kind and their service goes above and beyond any other kennell I've experienced in Canberra. Well worth it.

Lost a friend's cat. Did not tell owner until they arrived to collect, which was many days AFTER the cat went missing from the business. They did not call vets, the pound or the RSPCA to help find the cat they lost. Only offered to put out possum traps for the cat. What a terrible business!!!!!!!

Loved this place. left my two dogs here when i went away for a week and when i got back they were both happy and healthy as when i left them. they had been freshly washed, hair and nails trimmed and looked 100 bucks!
