We have just finished our used car warranty with this company and I won't be using them any longer. While they appear to service our car appropriately, on the few occasions where we have told them about a problem - they have never been able to find it. We took it to Kmart tyre and auto who could SEE the issue without even test driving it! As expected - the used car servicing is also expensive.....
They are ok! the service of my car is fine but they alway leave it dirty. black marks from shoes everywhere and they have scratched our rims once and did not take the blame for it.
