We had a pretty bad experience with Bathcartel and cannot recommend them. There were multiple problems with the order, sometimes the fault of their manufacturer and sometimes their fault. One particular problem caused us a lot of stress, and some money, and the way Bathcartel responded was unprofessional and not helpful. The problem was that a part of our order was missing, which meant our installer could not install the screen. As we had already delayed the installation due to other problems with the order, and our installer had become very busy with other jobs, this caused us a lot of problems. Bathcartel were very reluctant to help, and quite rude - at one stage their installer walked off the job leaving us in the lurch. This was humiliating and stressful. In the end they did come back (after our installer begged them) and the job is now finished, but it was not a pleasant experience.

very reasonable priced, and negotiated with Leah and then settled on a toilet for our ensuite and have been very happy so far. good customer service and no issues thus far. recommended and will return for future projects :) x
