The work done by them started peeling within 2 years, even though they recommend it lasts 10-15 years. When they were contacted to perform works under warranty I alerted them of the limited time window for works and had to chase them for 4 weeks, upon which they said they were too busy that week and were only available the following week, outside the time frame where works could be done.
