Having seen some previous work, we contracted Bathroom Transformers to renovate our kitchen. They cost a bit more than other companies, but the quality of the work performed is high and they are very good at coordination and design. There were however, a number of frustrating issues. Firstly, there is no showroom, so they brought samples to us and there is limited choice. Secondly, they were never on time for appointments - often arriving hours late, sometimes cancelling at the last minute and rescheduling for another day. Lastly, and most importantly, we cannot get them to come back and fix a problem. Its not a big problem, but we have called them twice, and twice they have promised to come out but have not. That is very disappointing. Would we get them to do more work? Probably not, the frustrations outweigh the satisfaction.
