I was a bit disappointed with my beef noodle soup, as it wasn't hot enough, and had a small amount meat and vegetables, but it was generally satisfactory for a budget restaurant and the staff are bright and energetic. The meals for the others in my group looked much better.

Came here for the first time for lunch and order the seafood hotpot. The hotpot had good flavours but I was very disappointed that the seafood consisted of 1prawn and some broken pieces of fish and squid. The remainder of this hotpot was just vegetables and tofu.

I love coming here with my family when i feel like rice paper rolls. They have good prawn paste cooked on a sugarcane stick which comes with lots of asian greens, mint leaves, lettuce so you can wrap it all up in your rice paper roll yourself. It also comes with a beautiful vietnamese dipping sauce with a bit of chilli. If your up for rice paper rolls i recommend coming here.

I only ever come here for the DIY Special Mixed Plate. It comes with fresh herbs, noodles sticking how it should and freshly fried and grilled meat and also about 7-8 rice papers. Also, hot water for dipping you rice paper into..
What you do is :1. Rotate your rice paper in the water provided.
2. Place the rice paper onto your plate.
3. Align the goods! Veggies > noodles > meat.
(Trimming the meats and noodles to size! Don't make it too big)
4. Roll, folding the outer ends inwards, creating a spring roll shape.
5. Now you're ready to dip and enjoy !! Yummy!!
The staff are prompt , can't say i have tried anything else. Just love this dish, always leave feeling so full!!

Love this place!! If your not a local in the Vietnamese suburb of Cabra then this is the place to go! I would recommed you order the "Com tam suon bi cha" This is the pork chop with broken rice and the famous egg custard!! I absolutely love coming to eat at Bau Troung but i do also feel that the prices are going up. Oh well! Worth the price!! Also they have another shop in Canley Heights!

one of the more 'cleaner' and modern restaurants in Cabramatta. Pretty good food! Ordered BBQ pork chop, YUMM!

The food is great here but lately it feels like the price is going up. Not sure whether it's because of high demand, but it could also be due to increased cost of living. Anyways if you have folks from out of town and want to introduce them to a little bit of the Cabramatta culture, this is the perfect place to take them for lunch or dinner. Top it off with a fruitshake a few doors down.

It was a nice and clean environment to be in and easy to get to. I like their pho, very authentic and cheap

one of the popular Vietnamese restaurants in Cabramatta. Everything should be cheaper and more affordable compare to the other restaurants in the area. Lunch and dinner menus are all delicious, Price is my issue.

Approximate cost: $15

It's much more cleaner and tidier after its relocation and renovation. I had the goat curry, and it was a generous serving size and tasted great. It's in the centre of the Cabramatta CBD, very convenient location to get to -- also hard to miss with its green signage.
