My husband Angelo has been a client for many years. The staff do everything in their power to accommodate you. My husband 92 lost his hearing aid and the staff went out of their way to make sure that he received a new one as quickly as they could. The audiologist Vim is an absolute treasure and extremely professional in her role. My husband is very satisfied with the new product and we both highly recommend this company and their team to anyone who requires assistance with their hearing

I am in tears tonight and I have been a customer since 2011. Went in there today to get another ear mould cos it was whistling, he went in and mucked up the settings cos he wanted to check the feedback and it's made my hearing worse. Long story He shouldn't have touched it. I am more miserable now cos everything sounds different and not very clear. I wish I never went there .

We have used BayAudio in Wynnum too, and they are a great business.....this store at Runaway Bay has the most friendly and competent staff. My mother goes there for check ups and fittings for her hearing aids, they are always accomodating, and as we live up the mountain they will post out spare batteries etc so we don't have to travel down to the shopping centre. I would highly recommend them as an excellent provider for the hearing impaired.
