Mercedes Benz failed miserably to make my vehicle safe & reliable even though they serviced it from new charging big $$$. Shayne / Adam sorted out its problems as they arose - I am now starting to get confidence in the vehicle. My wife’s Hyundai &. my 31 year old Troopy continue to perform like new. These days real mechanics that can find & fix problems are hard to find. Trust 100%

In the two years that I have used them, I have never had any reason to complain, either financial or quality of service, very transparent in their repair work and valuation of parts. The only complaint that I have is that they must be popular because one has to wait to get the car serviced, sometimes a week or more.

When I have been to Bayfield Auto I have always been welcomed with a smile. They give my car an excellent service and ring me up to let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done and tell me how much it will cost. Fantastic people and service.

I started using these guys because they are handy to my place of business but now I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have always looked after me and I feel that they are honest. Because I am female and only get my car serviced annually due to my low klms they could come up with all kinds of things that need replacing. My car is a 1996 Toyota, done 125,000 klms, never missed a beat and nothing extra to a service has ever been suggested until new tires last service. I usually get a quote before I book it in and they never try to charge extra. I can't recommend them highly enough.
