I contacted Prue for her “Fit for Life” weekly sessions over the phone.Prue provided me with excellent support with the program “Fit for Life” I spoke to Prue weekly and worked through issues that have held me back for a long time. I felt being able to speak to Prue in the comfort of my own home over the phone made the sessions easy, helpful and less stressful. Prue was caring and spoke with kindness and support as I addressed difficult thoughts that I have had. Prue also gave me weekly strategies and exercises to set goals and help me to have faith and strength in the values I have let slip by.
Prue was organised in sending emails prior to my calls, setting agendas and goal setting activities that helped me get back to the priorities required to be “Fit for life”! Prue took the time to specialise each call to absolutely benefit me.
