I am so pleased that I stumbled upon this store. I fell in love with the large range and the quality of the womens shoes. I will definitely be coming back

LOVE LOvE LOVE as I have a shoe fetish this place is a place I try and avoid, but it doesn't work! LOL. The shop looks quite small from outside but when you go in you will be shocked how big it acutally is, it goes back a real long way. They have alot of shoes for broader feet and as my daughter is in a wheel chair it is the perfect place because her feet have become very broad and she loves going there too, there is alot to pick from. There are also alot of shoes on special as well. I am so pleased with this shop and the staff are lovely and very helpful.

Horrible Service! Looking at wedding shoes the lady kept packing them away when I was trying them on. The shoes I liked were dirty and she had no others in stock.When I asked if I could buy them and return them if they didn't match my dress she said No very rudely. I stated I haven't seen my dress in 6months as that how long it takes to come in so I wouldn't be sure if they would match when I had my dress fitting.She said I could exchange however after telling me there were no other shoes available in my sizes left post school formals-so an exchange wouldn't be helpful.I then asked her if I could get the shoes anywhere else and she said no they are the only place in Victoria that stock that shoe. After leaving dishearted I then found the shoes at another shop in brand new condition, willing to give me a refund if i didn't like them and $30 cheaper!

I was surprised how large the store was and pleased with the large range and quality of mens shoes available at reasonable prices. I found the service helpful but not pushy and was pleased with the two pairs of shoes selected. The store is primarily for womens shoes, but it had a much larger range of quality mens shoes than the department stores at better prices.

I used to be excited about going into this store - loved the smell of leather that hits as you enter. There is an extensive range of shoes for all needs/occasions. However, the last 2 times I have visited the service has been less than impressive. With only one other customer in the shop, I was surprised by the unfriendly attitude of the staff...the best word I can find to describe it is dismissive. As a returning customer, I am not sure that I will bother again.

Heaps of shoes to choose from including larger sizes such as a ladies 11 which are hard to find. I got my wedding and bridesmaid shoes from here. Very happy with the friendly service. Staff do their best to get what you need

This is a great place to get shoes for the whole family. Is a big place. Prices are great, you can always get a bargain. Staff are friendly.

I got a few pairs of shoes here that were great, particularly two pairs of ankle boots that were only $20. Its a really bargain centre and the place is absolutely huge
