I have dealt with Damien & Womble from this shop for a number of years. I have received nothing but service excellence from them. These guys are a real credit to this establishment. They have gone the extra mile to assist me with my bike projects, the range in this shop is second to none. Great Job guys! Keep it up!

A ripper...purchased a Venge plus Bikefit...very professional and even though fit took an extra hour very thorough. After purchase I had a problem with Seat Post slippage which they have assisted with above and beyond what one would expect from a LBS. They even opened the shop on a Sunday just to rectify this problem...
M new local Bike Shop even though many others are much closer.

Approximate cost: $8000+

Spent $1000 on a new bike, first time foot went on the pedal it sheared off. Took it back they repaired it but still has the damaged pedal on it. Poor assembley by them and I still have to have a $1000 bike with damaged parts. Far from impressed by their customer relations.
