24 years ago I came from Shepparton .Steve has looked after me all that time .I am retired now for 8 years and don't drive that much any more .But I still need him .He is very honest ,and a excelent trades man You can't go wrong

Can I add this to your testimonials please: Many years ago (13 to be exact) I was whinging on the train about mechanics and someone overheard me and recommended BBL. I have been taking my cars (the old one and now the new one) to Steve ever since. I really like him and his service, he's fair, and he tells you exactly what is needed - and also gives you a heads up for what WILL be needed so you can prepare for same (or forget like me and then he's very caring about the issues when you go "Oh no!") I have never ever had to return a car because it wasn't worked on properly the first time (which I used to have to do here in Laverton) and I would recommend BBL - and have done - to everyone. MY BROTHER WORKS AT BBL EVERY TIME I GO THEIR TO PUMP MY TYERS OR TO CHECK MY TYERS THEY PUMP IT STRAIGHT AWAY. OR THEY CAN CHECK YOUR TYERS IF THEY HAVE A PUNCHER OR NOT. THEY HAVE A VERY BIG WORK SHOP AND THEY DO MECHANICAL WORK THEIR. MY HUSBAND AND BROTHER IN LAW ALSO SERVICE THEIR CARS AT BBL.

Have used them for my car service for the past 3 years. Very nice people to deal with. Almost always i have had a great service done. They don't try and rip you off like some of the mechanics do, especially being a female. Girls you will know what i mean!

Spent $1500 with company but four weeks after, still cannot get receipt for works done. Car had works done and I didn't expect to pay so much. Still having trouble starting car on gas and will get somebody else to have a look at it.
