I have only the highest regard for the team at BCM starting from Scott and Joel (Managing Partners) to the technicians and the reception staff. I have just picked up my car in flawless condition. Scott wouldn't let anything go past unless and until he was a hundred percent satisfied with the final outcome. He kept me fully briefed on the progress and would not allow himself to be hurried through. All procedures from the procurement of genuine replacement parts through to their installation and finishing were professionally carried out to my entire satisfaction with the reassurance that in the unlikely event of any concerns arising they would be looked into promptly. Excellent service and timing. They said it'd be ready Friday evening and it was, there was a glitch with the insurance but they helped me out so I could leave there and then! All around very happy with them!

I love these guys! Scott is always keen to help and provide his expert knowledge. Had a nasty stone chip on a new car once, and the dealership did a dodgy attempted touch up. Took it to Scott at BCM and they built up the paint and made it as perfect as can be expected for such a complex paint colour. Their prices for other work too has been excellent and I know the work will be exemplary. Very highly recommended especially if u need quotes for an accident. You know you will get a top job done.
