My husband and I - getting older decided to increase the security measures around our home by upgrading to security screens. We had called a couple of local suppliers who had made appointment times to meet with us to do a measure and quote. A week later we received a call from a company asking whether we were going to be late as he was at our home waiting to do the quote - I politely explained that it was meant to be the previous week. We went home and allowed him to quote the job anyway and found he was twice the price of the 1st quote.
