Be, Please Be more transparent in your charges upfront or you will no doubt disappoint other customers. Not shouting on the phone to them is wise too. You admitted you made a mistake in failing to communicate the additional charges to us.

(We had requested a $60 cut and wash which came to $90 when they added extra charges and services without consulting us re the increased cost). My daughter didn't like how they burned her hair when straightening it too, as it wasn't what she requested (she wanted it straightened without excessive heat and asked if it could be done differently - they ignored her).

Then they just charged us extra for something we didn't request or say yes to. Not transparent and Be admitted this in the phone call.

However once you admitted this mistake you then said you were prepared to do NOTHING to rectify the situation. If you had reversed the charge you had added that you hadn't explained that would have felt fair.

Felt very ‘grabby’ going for the extra unsolicited charge. This is unethical and disrespectful of customers. This business clearly only looks at your wallet when you walk through the door. I’d get them to be upfront re their fees or else they may throw in extras without consulting. Even better, just go elsewhere Be (the owner who has seriously never learned to handle customer concerns respectfully - I was VERY respectful on the phone) was rude and shouted on the phone even after she admitted their mistake. There are better businesses out there. These guys are crooks.

I have been going here ever since it opened. Always very happy with the results,l have thick curly hair which is not easy to cut and they always dova great job. Very reasonable prices, l pay $18 for a senior cut.

I used to be a hairdresser and I'm quite fussy. These girls are fantastic because they listen to what you want and don't try to upsell. The prices are so reasonable, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Would totally recommend this salon.

My friend recommended this place and went there to try out 3 months ago since she said they r quite affordable & skilled. Much to my delight, they truly are.With a long hair wanting a regrowth, foil & cut all for $90 bucks. It was a sweet deal.I just went back in today for another session.

Got told by a friend about this place and my god it is so lovely, their friendly, know what their doing and not as expensive as other hair dressers :)

Highly recommend this business. We take our family of 4 there for haircuts. The cuts are always very precise and very flattering. They listen to feedback - if you want something altered etc but usually they are so spot on there is nothing to tell them. They take the initiative also if you are indecisive about what you want and produce a beautiful result every time. Being fairly cash-strapped as we are the price is always as someone else described "easy on the wallet" which is amazing to get such good haircuts for such a good price. I often recommend this business to friends etc. It is a blessing to have found such a professional team of haircutters, good service, good price, great experience every time.

I go in with my boyfriend every few weeks to get his beard shaved.
They are quick and gentle, however they usually miss a few very obvious spots, and they do it every time.
It's quite cheap though so we don't mind.
Tends to be quite busy in there though, so it's usually got hair all over the place.

The service is always friendly and I am very pleased with the cut and colour of my hair, they always get it just right without charging over inflated prices.

Most definately will be going back. Don't need to book either just walk in.
