The Doctors I have seen at this clinic are generally helpful but the reception staff are a disaster . Unhelpful an patronising . The handling of the COVID vaccination program is a disaster . The people are uninformed and not at all helpful.

My family has attended this practice for five years. We always see the same doctor which we prefer and he is thorough, professional and very friendly. The quality of service is excellent. At 68 years old I have been to many different GPs in my life, but this doctor and practice are the best of the lot.

I have "white coat" syndrome [Scared of Doctors] But when I alerted the reception about this when making an appointment they were more than willing to help me. I was seen to by a brilliant doctor who was thorough and went the extra mile to make sure i was comfortable around the surgery. He gave me referrals to specialists but took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen. Ive since seen another doctor at the surgery and he was just as fantastic. They really work as a team and i find that they are brilliant for anyone who's nervous about having proceedures or just doctors in general. Ive been to many surgeries in my time, and they are by far the best. They arent impersonal like a lot of clinics i have attended.
