Our family paid good money for fish and chips here, and were insulted for 'taking too long' to order over phone and the worker should have apparently hung up on us as we 'took too long' ordering and customers were being help up .. mind you an order over $60, manager is highly unprofessional , rude , insulting and will never ever go to this shop again, word to the manager, your food is only as good as your bad attitude.

Beach Rd fish and chips is really good. They are clean and tidy and cook really good food. The staff are really lovely. I once wanted snapper and didn't realise they didn't have eftpos so I was a little short on cash and they said don't worry about it. The only improvement I can think of is to get eftpos.
