Beagle was our internet provider at work that the Boss had connected with (cheap) and that is what you get cheap! However they were not cheap we were getting 7g for $67. That is not cheap it is a rip off. Our internet provision went down and they blamed who supplied their internet provision and after several calls, we were sent usb sticks to use whilst the problem was being rectified a couple of days later. We had not returned the USB sticks after this and Beagle requested a few times upon other discussions with issues we were having. I suggested they supply a reply paid satchel to forward back as it was their glitch that warranted using the USB's in the first place. The reply I received was a threat to get police involved to get back the USB sticks we were happy to return them. We cancelled internet provision with an office we closed and it was 14 days shy of the contract. We were charged approx $140 for ceasing contract early. The provision was not even quarter of this price. Upon mentioned whether they would waiver this as we were still using the provision at our other office. We received no response back. I found their service to be unreasonable and not helpful and at times their responses quite unbelievable. I am glad with have changed providers now as I do not have to deal with them anymore!
