After reading some good reviews about Bear Bottom Inspections online I contacted them to do a Timber Pest inspection on my home. From my initial phone conversation with Andy to having John come out and do the actual inspection they were great to deal with - quick, efficient, personable and professional. John was able to to the inspection within a few days of my phone call and turned up on time. He pointed out areas of concern and made suggestions along the way as to how to best address them, the written report (which included photos) was then emailed to me the next day.

We had John at Bear Bottom Inspections check a house we had put an offer in for in Bentleigh east. The house was in great condition, but we found value in the report that the stumps were made of wood and rotting. would have cost us approx $10k to fix, we still bought the house but negotiated a better price.
