Verbally confirmed the swim class is booked but on the day said it's not available and on waiting list. You should receive an email confirmation if it's booked, which they could have communicated earlier. Had a really bad experience with customer service and the manager too.

Well equiped gym. Fantastic range of indoor and outdoor pools. Sauna, steam room and spa facilities are amazing. Reasonably priced service. Staff at reception are usually friendly and welcoming however appear overwhelmed and stressed at times.

Beatty Park is a really family friendly place. It has so many different pools inside and outside. The staff were really helpful and it felt like a really safe place for the kids.

this is my favorite gym. the guys are somewhat cheaper and they are having all equipments with high standard. very lovely place and can make number of friends there. a fun place to go.
