most unfriendly,rude,abrupt...attitude stinks!!!That is all about the management! Too much to write about my terrible experience today at that 'Beauty Clinic'??,. Worse 2.5 hrs..I almost left after 15 min...Hence my regret I haven"t left!!what a joke of a business? They try to sell extra services and when we refused the management was spitting fire!! Barely understand what they say,I got told to listen and open my ears!!Then I got taken to be washed down like a cow while they were busy burning my body with hot water and I got told they can"t change the temperature,I must just take it!! :( Facial was done in 10 min max, they painted my nails half way,looked like my nails have grown in 1 week...When I told them they left me in the cold for 15 min!! Then they send another staff member to finish me off with the massage! They did a good job ( one specific staff ). This was not even worth for free!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

WORST 2.5 hours of my life. Me and my best friend decided to go for a spa retreat for her birthday and I found this deal on cudo.com unlike most people I paid $95 for the three hours of 'pamper package' needless to say it was not worth even $20. Management was one of the rudest person I have ever met. From the beginning to the end it was just rushed, unprofessional and unpleasant experience. The facial was more like a face wash done in hurry. The place was dirty and there was a big hole on the celling in the toilet. Not a single expectation I had was met in 2.5 hours of whatever it was. Personally I think the website they have is quiet misleading with the pictures and the name of the 'beauty clinic'. The towels and linen were not clean. I wouldn't go to this place even if they were offering free massages. If only I had looked at the reviews of this place before buying this HORRIBLE deal I would be $95 richer.

I purchased a cudo voucher for a 3 hour package. Please don't make the same mistake as I did and waste your money thinking its good value. The management tried to upgrade me as soon as I walked in with an exfoliation and a hair treatment and was very disappointed when I declined. The body wrap received was hardly a wrap at all! Minimal product application. The facial was not customised to my skin concerns and my skin is now worse then before. My mani and pedi were smudged- I could have done a better application at home. The rooms are completely open, separated by low dividers so you can here full conversations and no privacy for changing. The towels used did not look clean at all (I question if they where even washed as they did not smell fresh). Salon is dirty-very unhygeinic. The only redeemable aspect was the massage which did not make up for all the downfalls. Overall left disappointed by the experience and you could not pay me to return.

I brought the $39 micro scoupon which I used on the 26th July. As soon as I walked into the place I felt uncomfortable. No pleasant welcoming just a rude management trying to upsell you to a future package. I agree with other reviews that the place was unghygenic and was really pleased I was only having a facial and not a full body exfoliation/wrap as I heard others being briefed on when I arrived. Would definately not recommend this place to anyone.

I went here with my friend i was been great except management we got 3 hours Day spa package i get Jessica she was very friendly and funny her skill was so good pampering facial mani and pedi 1 hour full body massage when she gave me massage or treatment she was described as a delicate,I was happy to elaborate on that. BUT other staff was rude and unfriendly and bossy i am your client i am not your staff

This has to be the worst so called beauty clinic!!! Waste of time, money and scarily does not appear the most hygienic place to be treated. I went with my husband for a couples spa day and we were separated at the beginning and told we would be back together shortly - I laid on the bed waiting for them to inspect my toes (half an hour) and noticed all the mould and mildew on the ceiling. With many people coming in an out and not even looking in my direction I grew impatient and vocal - still no one paid any attention so I walked around and had a look at their supplies - EWWWWWEEEEEEEE That was my last straw - I walked through the salon until I found my husband and we were out of there!!!

If I had the time I would write a similarily long review like many below the review being quite negaitive. However, I simply don't want to waste my time. If you bought a voucher well...at least you didn't pay $425..gosh it was hardly worth the $79!Like everyone else, you are greeted by the very rude Can Can and given a run down of what to expect and asked abruptly if you would like to purchase more to your spa. Warning-Do NOT dare say thing at this point-if you do you will recieve the wrath of Can Can!!Those poor poor staff working there!This is hardly a quality spa or even beauty salon for that matter (it is quite dirty and you wonder the entire time whether the staff have had any training) however, if I were in overseas...I might think this was ok. This is exaclty what it feels like -a cheap,salon in where you might decide to go for a cheap massage. Even the music blearing in the backgroud is of the local station playing 50's tunes. Odd when it is so easy to play relaxation music. This all being said, the staff were nice enough and were certainly trying their best in a bad environment with a horrible management. But would I go again?Definately NOT!!!

i had voucher from deal i went to shop a couple days ago. first there are give me question paper and start staff is selling. scrub wrap mask blah blah i do not want spend money because they are so rude. second after steam room one staff start selling micro peeling. last nail polish is cheap things bed tower looks dirty and old DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AND DO NOT GO THERE

I went here this week on Fri i was so worried about the bad review Management was unfriendly and rude. one staff was trying to upgrade for treatment But i do not want buy anything because i walked into the shop was so dirty and i can not trust them. Just rude and bossy and grumpy However one staff appear front of me with smile. my mood was change Staff has been so good i felt really comfortable and satisfied i got manicure and pedicure and pampering facial and body wrap from this staff i do not want give 4 star but staff such was great thank you so much Jessie i am really impressed for your skill and attitude i am pretty sure you are BEST
