My mum had the best of send offs, The online selection process was easy and we were able to call the office to make a few changes without issue.

Scott & Diane -The best people to deal with at the worst possible time. Nothing too much trouble, no request too difficult or "outside the line". Friendly, sympathetic and ready to provide all information .
Even after the funeral., a continued and thoughtful follow-up.
They have organised two family funerals for me and I have already ordered mine - although I hope that will be some years ahead. However, at 82 one has to be prepared!

Personal care and attention at every stage. Out of all of the providers I spoke to I felt like Elite funerals recognised us as people who had lost a loved one and would treat our mother respectfully, even during this process. We were treated with such kindness and care.

Very easy and caring people to deal with. Everything was done with a minimum of fuss and was exactly what were wanted at the end of the day. The photo presentation put together by Diane was excellent.

Very kind and thoughtful service by Scott and Diane at a time of enormous grief. I was assisted in all respects and, on a couple of occasions, was asked if I wanted to review anything or review the costs - at no time was I forced into taking the more expensive option etc. I cannot thank them enough and I am glad I arranged the details with them in person. My only gripe was the 2% fee for MasterCard, which I felt was high compared to other traders and this is usually the top rate for cards such as AMEX. Other than that, I was extremely well satisfied.

Very efficient and caring people, the team do try to ease the burden for the family with their great service. Everything was organised over the phone and was very easy and lessened the burden. I would highly recommend their service.
