I love this place! I have been coming here for years now and besides recieving the best eyelash extensions in Australia, I have had my eyebrows tattooed , lips corrected from a bad tattoo job done from from someone else and have also had my eyeliner done too. It looks amazing and everybody comments on how good it looks. All staff are lovely and accomodating, friendly and professional. Prices are also fabulous, and there is no pushy upsell whilst you are trying to have a treatment, you can relax and not have to deal with over enthusiastic freaks that really couldn't careless about your day when they ask , then excuse themselves during your answer while they attend to another team member's incompetent question and you start to wonder what the hell are you doing here in the waiting room. I am a promotional model so they understand how necessary it is to have to look good everyday and quite simply I would be lost without them They are like my friends here, you can drop in anytime and always be greeted with a warm welcome. AWSOME!

Completely appalling. I'll never waste my time or money there again. Reasons: 1. it took over two hours to get shellac and eyelash extensions even tho I booked way in advance. 2. the staff doing the lashes had the flu, so staff was sniffling above my face as staff was doing the lashes. Then staff walks away to blow nose and then doesn't wash hands before continuing the lashes. 3. The quality of the lash extensions are so bad. I asked for 100% mink and paid extra, but realised after staff was done, these are not mink at all. The lashes are clumpy and several times, staff got glue in the wrong places and had to pull at my real lashes which really hurt. Staff kept saying sorry but doing it again. I've had lash extensions half a dozen times previously at several different places, none of those occasions hurt. 4. While staff was doing my lashes, another staff was removing old shellac polish. But staff was so rough, scraped off a bit of the skin on my finger. That second staff also had the flu and coughed without covering mouth or washing hands. 5. The place is filthy. The bins were filled to the brim. 6. It's an unprofessional environment. Staff was organising a party whilst doing my lashes. Honestly the worst experience I've had in a beauty salon, ever! And their prices are no less than the professional clean places. Don't waste your time or money.

Got my Eyebrows tattooed and my eyelashes extensions done here. Absolutely love my new eyebrows. they look so natural and real. the eyelashes were amazing. the best in sydney. I was recommended from a friend and this place is well known to be the best in the shire. Clients are treated like real people not a number. staff are friendly and they take pride in their work. I wasnt rushed in and pumped out like a high production service. Highly recommend this place and ask anyone in the shire they will tell you its the best place for eyelash extensions
