I often stay here for work when I am unable to get accommodation elsewhere. I found the beds to be old and saggy, and the most of the heaters in the room were not powerful enough heat the rooms in winter. I tried the restaurant and had to argue with the waiter to get a slice of bread to go with my soup. Doesn't live up to their 4 star claim.

Hi Snow00, an â??old and saggyâ?? mattress from any establishment claiming to be â??four starsâ?? does little to entice a prospective guest. As for having to argue with the wait staff to obtain bread with ones soup, this is shocking and does little to support their â??four starâ?? claim. Where is the customer service here?
