Waited half an hour after the time booked for my appointment, as the staff member meant to be cutting my hair hadn't arrived back at the salon. Wasn't spoken to once during this time by the other hairdresser working in the salon. Ended up walking out and getting my hair cut at another salon with much better customer service.

Jess and the girls at Bella Boutique are fantastic they were able to make me feel relaxed fresh and pampered all with a new colour long haired brunette to a shoulder length style cut Blonde with minimal fuss. The child friendliness of this salon is second to none. My little one is 9 weeks old and there was no hesitation for either him being in the capsule sleeping or breastfeeding. Top marks and would recommend to any mother with little ones as well as to any other client.

This salon is lovely and the owner Jess is delightful. Got an appointment straight away and was very happy with the trim, layers, blow dry and GHD curls I had done. I will definetly be back!
