I visited bella vista eye wear in pacific epping, and had a very bad experience. Their customer service skills are terrible and they don’t listen to your enquiries or needs. I bought 2 pairs of glasses for $448, and when i went home and wore one, i got a headache after half an hour. I went back to tell them that the fitting was wrong, and was served by the same man who i bought the glasses from the first time. He adjusted the glasses and told me to come back if they still weren’t right. When i went back a second time because they still gave me a headache, he completely ignored me for a few minutes and when he finally asked what i needed he was extremely rude and told me to go talk to the suppliers, and that he couldn’t help at all, so we got into an argument. He pushed the glasses away and said he won’t do amything about it. The problem was only with the guy who served me and not with the guy who did the eye test, he was very helpful. I’m currently looking to formally complain because i lost $448 on glasses that don’t work. Over all the worst customer service and very bad experience, i do not recommend anyone going to them and i wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

I visited this store as they were advertising cheap contact lenses. After the owner/manager conducted an examination of my eyes he fitted me with contact lenses. What a horrible experience! First of all the contacts didn't feel right and so he prescribed another brand. That went from bad to worse! My eyes one morning were practically stuck together due to usage of the contact lenses and I had developed in my eyes infiltrates! I could not bear to see sunlight for 3 days - hence I had to stay indoors with blinds shut ( and this is winter)!! Any glare my eyes were forced shut. Upon visiting my "normal" and previous optometrist, he said this was caused by poor fitting of the lenses. I have tried numerous times to contact this optometrist but he continously ignores my calls! BEWARE!
