Put my property for rent through Kate, and experienced the worst property management service ever, they struggled to have an open house, forgot to put Ad on the website more than one time, were terrible in communication, and nobody responded to you, they put up an open house when not advertised and then they said nobody attends your open house (what a surprise!) I decreased the rent heavily and still no tenant, they managed to find a tenant but because of lack of knowledge they got the contract and took the property off the market with no Bond paid, the tenant canceled and walked away just on the move-in day, generally, they don't care for you and their business, eventually, I walked away to another agent and rented my property on the first week, losing thousands of $ because of lack of interest and care from Belle Property
