Homophobic, terse and uncooperative. Refuse to admit fault (routinely delete anything but fake positive reviews by staff and family on Facebook). Avoid at all costs (particularly LGBTQI+ unless you want a homophobic mumsplainer with the people skills of Katherine Knight managing your life.
