This is the best food I've EVER eaten anywhere in a restaurant - no wonder since the chef is that famous one (can't quite remember his name!). Prices match the quality of the food though so this is for special occasions only (well, for us commoners anyhow!). The setting is heavenly, the atmosphere is perfectly relaxing and service is excellent and the food is out of this world - you'll know what I mean when you taste it. Bring your big fat wallet though and enjoy the whole experience. A wander through the perfectly manicured gardens is encouraged (it's part of a five star resort) and I was inspired (I'm a gardener and appreciate that kind of stuff.) All ages welcome too and the children will love checking out the pristine swimming pool that screams, "Jump in!" although you're not allowed to do that unless you are actually staying at the resort!!

Wine expert went to the wrong table. They put everyone onto the deck which was too crowded. We were seated next to a big noisy, judgemental, pretentious group of customers. Parking at the venue was disgusting. For such a big land where the restaurant is located, hardly any parking was available, more trees and rocks and dirt and bushes than parking space.

This is probably the most chef hatted and expensive fine dining on the Central Coast. It was featured in MasterChef a couple of years ago where celebrity chef/owner Manfredi showcased his organic produce from its own backyard and some impressive dishes. The modern Italian cuisine is to die for. There are also great imported italian wines to match its dishes. We had a function there on a week night, and all guests praised for its great food and service. As the event organiser I couldn't be more happier on how everything went. The private room at the back of the restaurant ensures privacy and has beautiful view to the garden. The room can be closed up for small function or opens up for larger event. The price is at the high side, and we had to pay for room hire of $500. The normal dining area has nice coastal interior and very comfy chairs. However they have "local's night" for just $39 per person for a 2 course set menu plus a glass of wine on Tuesday nights. You will need to book ahead, as they are quite busy.

Approximate cost: $45
