I ordered a product online that never arrived. I contacted them via email more than once with no reply. When I finally got a reply they weren't able to tell me when my purchase would arrive. They hadn't even received it from their manufacturer- but they had processed the money for the payment weeks before. There communication was unapologetic & rude. In the end I asked for my order to be cancelled & for a refund. I would definitely not recommend them!

this guys have the best prices around. I've bought all my baby stuff from them and never had any problems. My friends have also used them and all say good things about them. I don't buy anything until i check their prices first, they always win my purchase.

I love this shop, i have bought all my baby gear from them and so have my friends. I got free shipping for all my stuff on top of the already lowest prices around. I love their live help, very handy to ask a few questions before I put my order in.

Went in to collect an order id purchsed online, he asked if id received an email to say it was ready to collect, I said no id only received my invoice, and log in details he then told me I didnt read my emails as its stated to wait for an email, He then told me that he couldnt help me out. I asked if he had the seat in stock and I would buy it and then collect the other one when it arrived. he again told me without even checkthing that he didnt have it..
He was very defensive,rude and made me leave the store rather upset that someone had spoken to me like I was another irritating mother! Dissapointed.

I have shopped here regularly for the past few years (10 + times over 5 years). The upside is that the service is good - helpful, polite, friendly. The downside is that the prices are high, and they are a bit pushy about selling things that aren't really necessary. The carseat range is quite good, and they help with fitting, even after a year when you need to turn bub to face the front.
BE AWARE that the website prices differ markedly from instore - if you buy instore without checking the website you may be ripped off by quite a lot - that said, if you buy from the website you will have to pay postage charges since they don't offer a store pick up! Ridiculous! This is one of the reasons I have stopped shopping there recently, I can't stand a rip off!
Overall, recommend this store only for the service, otherwise there are many other places to buy baby items at reasonable prices!

This shop is great it offers great prices instore as well as online. We live in Brisbane and had our pram with 3 additional parts to it shipped down and even with shipping it ended up cheaper than anywhere else. Staff are very helpful
