3 stars only had an uncomfortable exsperience on 14/07/2021
having the second covid injection some the fluid from the needle escaped in a drip down my arm I told the person doing it who didn't agree with me until the injection process was complete then the evidence of the needle leaking was obvious another medical person was called for opinion and the recommendation was to give me another dose which I refused
The point is when a person in the same position as I was in and doesn't have confidence in themselves to refuse another dose ???

Dr Knight is the best doctor here, however, because he is good means he is hard to see. Dr Bruce Buckley is arrogant selfish know it all. 3 days after surgery wouldn't let me have pain killers.

I used to use these guys they are pretty good. Its hard to say how they rate in Benalla because of the lack of choice. I have had no issues from them other than being really busy all the time.

Some staff members are not as cheerful as could be expected, which makes for a not so pleasant visit. Staff need to be happier dealing with the public, especially considering that this is a doctors clinic and most people when they visit are not very well, staff being cheerful would make it an easier visit.
