As a customer for some years this is a handy place to bank and staff are generally quite helpful,but serving customers at the counter when you need to discuss private and personal details when all other customers can see you and hear you needs attention. They need a private place to do these sensitive interviews in !!!

they are friendly and go out of there way to remember your name. they do not rush you and you can have a chat about the weather with them and they are always offering new information about products

Nothing is ever to hard for the guys at Bendigo Bank in Bannockburn, they are always friendly and will go out of your way to assist you with whatever you require. They even call personally with any queries and always remember our names. Absoulute Pleasure to deal with each and every one of them!
