I usually only go there to withdraw money and pay the rent. But the staff in there are always smiling and there very nice, unlike some of the other banks I've been to.
I have two accounts with the bank, savings and passbook. The fees are very low and customer service is good. I pay one monthly fee for unlimited transactions (unsure if this applies to new customers though).
