I have been a bendigo bank customer since 1997 and have never had a bad experience with any of the services that offer. When my wallet was stolen the staff were highly supportive and sympathetic, going out of their way to help me. They always indulge my active 2 year old and are sweet and understanding about how stressful it is to try to do complex banking with a two year old demanding attention. They offer great advice and making banking a thoroughly enjoyable experience - an amazing achievement.
