Staff are always helpful and friendly. Greet everyone on a level plane. Staff make the time for the customer and will help you with any queries you have.
I have banked with the bendigo since they opened and found the customer service staff very helpful. However when dealing with the branch manager i was disappointed. There was no follow up and poor communication.
