I go here to have my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes tinted regularly. I personally think they're the best affordable spot in Sydney. The shop is gorgeous and girly, and the girls working there always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've never had a bad experience at this boutique, whereas the brow bar in Myer can be a bit hit-and-miss. The boutique can get pretty busy on weekends, but you can usually just pop in and say you want your brows done, take a little walk around and return a short time later for your appointment. I always book in advance just to be on the safe side though. Ask for Alani if you want a guaranteed good job. I was always nervous about having my brows done for the firs ttime (I'm a former plucker), but the girls did such a great job, I'm now a regular at Benefit. They also have a great loyalty program so that every sixth visit is free.
