I had my 18th mth old here for 6 mths and my only regret is leaving her there so long!!! Poorly run.

I put my child here for an orientation and although the staff seemed nice enough it just seemed like utter chaos to me - far too many children and not enough carers for me to feel confident in leaving my 18 month old.

The fancy building is a bit of a distraction to the real issues at hand. My son took a while to settle in the morning as the lady who was always there first thing left meaning there were always different faces on the opening shift after that. Similarly at night time pick ups there would be staff on who hadn't been with him in his room all day and knew nothing of his day to tell me.
Have since changed to Fox Kids Brighton where they have the same staff on every morning and the same ones who close up at night - this really helps my child settle so much easier and i get an accurate report at the end of the day by staff from his room.
There is less turnover of staff and more of them at Fox compared to Bentleigh who never seemed to have enough qualified staff on and those that were on were always looking completely overwhelmed by large room sizes and never smiled.
