The team really understands the customers wants & needs which really makes the process very comforting especially when it's high end jewellery. After seeing your work through some ladies at work some 5 years ago I had you remodel 3 rings into 1 and I just loved the outcome and I get so many comments still on the ring.
So when I was getting married it was a given that I would be back to see you. I knew you would make me something special. My fiancee wanted something unusual and unique and I told him you would sort him out. After our visit and the somewhat vague conversation we had regarding his ring we were completely surprised when you sent us the draft you had designed. You had got it in one. It was as if you knew more about what Shane wanted than he did. I will never forget how excited and happy he was. He was going to get something that no one would have ever seen and that was exactly what he wanted.
Thank you so much and it was even better that we got to use some of our old gold to bring the cost down. Now we just can't wait for the big day so we can both wear them.
