I'm surprised that they are still in business - our experience started with, waiting patiently while two customer service people stood at counter and chatted and another was serving a customer - 10 mins later 2 at counter still chatting and the 3rd finished with customer walked straight past with not even an acknowledgement ...... walked out of store then returned and requested Mangers card so that we can call and make a complaint about service . I wanted to view a camera and lenses - now I will shop on line as I can get it cheaper and do not have to deal with retail dealers that must be earning to much money ..........
